Today marks the first of August and a transition to yet another part of my life. Without going into the details, the following sums it up:

“Transitioning is a radical act of self-love.” ― Anonymous

I’ve added some tools to my kit and can’t wait to share – through these messages – tips, techniques, tools. In particular, the importance of my SOAR methodology: Sustenance, Optimal Mind, Activity and Rest.

Just a brief update – In April, I finished my Coaching Certification from the Human Potential Institute and a few months later gained a certification in Nutrition Coaching. All of this is in addition to the Tiny Habits Certification that I have been using successfully for the past few years in my teaching, coaching and life. I offer yoga, meditation, mobility classes in addition to one-on-one coaching to get to the root of the illness and injury.

Most importantly, some exciting things are in the works for my growing coaching business…

FASTING ACCELERATOR PROGRAM

Today I am launching a Program Pre-Sale for my Fasting Accelerator. Beginning October 22 and running through November 12, I will be leading a FASTING ACCELERATOR, designed to introduce the newest of new to the science and art of Intermittent Fasting. In this 4-week program, you will discover benefits of fasting, the science behind it and learn the tools to try for yourself through weekly group-coaching sessions. To learn more about this exciting program and to register – visit this link: https://go.juliebergfeld.com I will be capping registrations, so if you are interested, snag your spot today.

Right now, I would love to hear about the biggest struggle that you are facing right now. Can you do me a favor and hit reply to let me know?

Lastly, you can set up a free 30-minute consult with me at any time? This will be a no-obligations zoom session to review your current state, talk about goals and boundaries and to see if we are a good fit to be coaching together.  Schedule here: https://calendly.com/juliebergfeld/30-min-discovery
